What is Café Meroka made of?

Café Meroka is made of pure Colombian Coffee and non-dairy creamer manufactured in Holland.

Where is Café Meroka made?

Café Meroka’s ingredients – Coffee beans are sourced from Colombia and the non-dairy creamer from Holland. The processing and mixing are made in Asia to Café Meroka's specifications and quality standards to meet the consumer tasting preferences after 2-year testing of North American consumers. Final packaging is currently done in Canada.

When does the coffee mix expire in each package?

After the coffee mix is sealed in the aluminium foil, the coffee mix is good for two years.

Where was Café Meroka market tested?

Café Meroka was tested coast to coast in Canada and the United States with over 200 consumers and potential resellers, such as Outfitters, Lodges, as well as individual fishermen and women, hunters, campers, hikers, business people at work, university students, and retired people at home.

What Coffee flavours is available?

Does Café Meroka come black?

A key ingredient in the unique taste of Café Meroka is the right mix and unique non-dairy creamer. Currently, there are no plans to introduce any products without non-dairy creamer.

How is Café Meroka sold?

How do I buy online with my credit card?

You can buy Café Meroka products online using any major credit card or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Optima, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, JCB, or Eurocard.  Simply add all the items you would like to buy in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart page where all your items appear, click on "Payment Method" and select your credit card type (i.e. "Visa") as your Payment Method from the drop down menu. Then follow the instructions to complete your order.

When you are purchasing Café Meroka products from our web site at  www.cafemeroka.com, you are actually purchasing our products through Kagi. Kagi is our reseller and the financial transaction goes through them. Sometimes when a Café Meroka customer makes a purchase on our website through Kagi, there is often confusion as to the role Kagi plays in the transaction. Kagi is the reseller of our products, however Café Meroka is 100% behind its products and you receive complete support from us. Then follow the instructions to complete your order. You will then be asked to print out your order and mail it in to Kagi's California address with your check or money order.

How do I pay for my online order by wire transfer?

Simply add all the items you would like to buy in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart page where all your items appear, click on "Payment Method" and select "Wire Transfer" from the drop down menu. Follow the instructions to complete your order, you will then be given Kagi's wire transfer information and detailed information on how to complete your payment via wire transfer. Please note that there is a US $15 fee for payments made by wire transfer.

Simply add all the items you would like to buy in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart page where all your items appear, click on "Payment Method" and select "Cash" from the drop down menu. Then follow the instructions to complete your order. You will then be asked to print out your order and mail it in to Kagi's California address with cash.

All refund and return requests for items purchased on our website
